Pre-arrival
We will contact you to confirm our appointment the previous working day and let you know if anything changes.
Installation
On arrival we will run through the work we will undertake and make sure that everything is as you anticipated and that the charge point location will work for you.
Testing
We test the charge point to show you it works with your car.
Demonstration
We demonstrate the use of the charge point and point out things you need to know in caring for it.
Feedback welcomed
